I am usually a 8.5 in heels/wedges and a 9 in flats. I did order the size up like suggested. I got the gray in a size 10 and they fit PERFECT!!! These boots are so cozy and warm and I can see myself wearing them a lot! You can't even tell they are Tone-Ups. They are really cute with jeans. My husband got them for me for a Christmas present and I truly love them so very much. They fit great and look so cute. If you are debating these I would say just go for it!! :)
