The hair is very soft. I washed the hair with shampoo and conditioner and let it air dry. The only thing I didn't like is that it had a smell. It smelled like when back in the day you put your tracks in the microwave with the rollers.. if you know you know. Other than that I love the headband wig.It’s hard to put on, a little small but so soft!I love the curls wasn’t hard to styleMy go to wig! No shedding, very soft, and looks just like the photo. I am ordering again but a different length!I received lots of compliments. Most of all it made me looks 20 years younger. Love it. I wish they had this in a lighter color.All the good things first. The unit came on time & the presentation looked promising. Packaging was awesome. Extra goodies a definite plus. The leopard print tie back was pristine in its original packaging was very nice. The price of the unit is very reasonably priced for a 12” HB wig. Now the bad, unless you know how to cut & style go with the manufacturer’s description of length. I listened to the reviewers who said it ran short I wanted the 10” length but ordered the 12” because I thought it would not be at Bob length. It looks more wavy than curly I probably could have gone with the 8” with this curl pattern.Beautiful hair it’s not what I expected but still nice
